Violation of any provision is grounds for immediate account suspension without prior notice.

Section 1. Absolute Prohibitions
The following uses are unconditionally prohibited — regardless of any circumstances, explanations, or intent.
1.1. Child Protection (CSAM)
- Material depicting sexual abuse of minors — in any form
- Content romanticising relationships between adults and minors
- Material used for grooming or soliciting minors
Upon discovery — immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement / NCMEC.
1.2. Terrorism and Extremism
- Material from organisations designated as terrorist or extremist
- Propaganda, financing, or planning of terrorist activity
- Incitement to violence against individuals or government bodies
- Symbols of prohibited organisations
1.3. Illegal Content
- Controlled substances: advertising, sale, or instructions
- Illegal arms and ammunition trafficking
- Counterfeit goods and large-scale copyright infringement
- Sale of personal data databases, doxxing
Section 2. Prohibited Harmful Activities
2.1. Fraud and Deception
- Phishing sites impersonating banks, government agencies, or payment systems
- Ponzi schemes and scam projects
- Unauthorised collection of payment data and passwords
2.2. Malware
- Viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware
- Command-and-control (C2/C&C) servers for malicious software
- Unauthorised access to third-party systems
2.3. Network Attacks
- DDoS attacks or participation as a traffic source
- Vulnerability scanning of third parties without written permission
- Man-in-the-middle attacks, traffic interception
- Disruption of public services or government systems
2.4. Spam
- Mass unsolicited messaging via links or tunnels
- Automated account registration for abuse purposes
Section 3. Content and Public Order
3.1. Adult Content
Permitted only with age verification, "18+" labelling, documented proof of participant majority, and compliance with applicable law.
3.2. Violence and Cruelty
- Promotion of violence or cruelty towards people or animals
- Content encouraging suicide or self-harm
- Doxxing, cyberbullying, publishing personal data for harassment
3.3. Hate Speech
- Material inciting hatred on grounds of race, nationality, religion, gender, health status, or social position
Section 4. Technical Restrictions
- Abnormal infrastructure load without prior agreement is prohibited
- Bypassing technical restrictions or security systems is prohibited
- Reselling access to third parties requires written consent
- Using the tunnel to conceal identity when committing offences is prohibited
Section 5. Liability
The User bears sole and full responsibility for all content published via tunnel, links, and profile. The platform operator acts as a technical intermediary and bears no responsibility for the content of user resources.
By registering, the User confirms: being at least 18 years old, accuracy of provided data, holding rights to the content, and acceptance of these Rules.
Section 6. Complaints and Response
