1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dix.su ("Service"), including all features: public profile, short links, link management, and traffic tunnelling.
1.2. The Service is operated by Roman Alexandrovich Sakhno (sole proprietor). Contact: admin@dix.su.
1.3. These Terms take effect when you first use the Service and remain in force indefinitely.
1.4. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available at dix.su/en/terms. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2.1. Some features require registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it up to date.
2.3. You may sign in via third-party services (Google, GitHub, VK, Telegram, Facebook, MetaMask). By doing so you also agree to that provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party provider policies or actions.
2.4. We may suspend or delete your account without explanation or prior notice.

4.1. Paid plans (VIP, PRO, PERS) are available as monthly subscriptions. Subscription days are added to a pool ("days pool"); one day is deducted per calendar day the plan is active.
4.2. For users in Russia: payments are processed by Т-Банк (Tinkoff) in Russian Rubles (RUB). Prices are shown at checkout.
4.3. For international users: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc. (Merchant of Record, Ireland) in US Dollars (USD). Lemon Squeezy handles tax collection (VAT/GST) in your jurisdiction. Your card data is processed solely by Lemon Squeezy and is never stored on dix.su servers.
4.4. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link sent by email after first payment). Cancellation stops future renewals; already-credited days remain available until depleted.
4.5. Refunds: we do not issue refunds for subscription days already credited to your account. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact admin@dix.su within 14 days.
5.1. All rights to the software, design, and other elements of the Service belong to the operator or to rights holders who have granted appropriate licences.
5.2. By posting content to the Service you grant the operator a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store and display that content solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service.
5.3. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to any content you post and that posting it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or absence of errors.
6.2. We are not liable for:
6.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7.1. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7.2. By using the Service you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8.1. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting admin@dix.su or via the data deletion page.
8.2. We may suspend or permanently shut down the Service at any time without prior notice and without any obligation to users.
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide greater protection — in that case those provisions apply.
9.2. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved in court at the operator's place of business.
9.3. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
