⚠ Acceptable Use Policy

dix.su provides network infrastructure: a proxy tunnel, profile publishing tools, and short links. The Administrator acts as a technical intermediary and has no access to the content of resources published through the tunnel. The User bears sole responsibility for any content published and for all use of the service.

What our services MUST NOT be used for:

Section 1. Absolute Prohibitions STRICT

The following uses are unconditionally prohibited regardless of any circumstances, explanations, or intentions of the User.

1.1. Child Protection

Users are strictly prohibited from storing, distributing, transmitting, or otherwise making accessible through the service:

• materials depicting sexual abuse of minors (CSAM) in any form — photos, videos, animations, drawings, or textual descriptions;
• content promoting or romanticising sexual or romantic relationships between adults and minors;
• materials used for grooming, recruiting, or soliciting minors into any activity of a sexual nature.

1.2. Terrorism and Extremism

Users are prohibited from using the service to:

• distribute materials of organisations recognised as terrorist or extremist;
• propagate, finance, plan, or organise terrorist activity;
• incite violence against individuals, state bodies, or social groups;
• distribute the symbols of banned organisations.

1.3. Illegal Content

Users are prohibited from hosting or transmitting content that is unlawful, including:

• narcotics and psychotropic substances: advertising, sale, or synthesis instructions;
• weapons: illegal trade, instructions for manufacturing weapons or ammunition;
• counterfeit goods: sale of goods infringing trade-mark rights;
• illegal trade in personal data: sale of databases, data leaks, doxxing;
• copyright infringement at a commercial scale.

Section 2. Prohibited Harmful Activities

2.1. Fraud and Deception

• creating phishing resources impersonating banks, government bodies, payment systems, social networks, or other organisations;
• operating financial fraud schemes, Ponzi schemes, or scam projects;
• selling goods or services with knowingly false descriptions;
• unauthorised collection of payment credentials, passwords, or personal information.

2.2. Malicious Software

• distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware;
• hosting command-and-control (C2/C&C) servers for malware;
• running phishing campaigns via email or messaging platforms;
• any activity aimed at unauthorised access to third-party systems or data.

2.3. Attacks and Network Disruption

• conducting or participating in DDoS attacks as a traffic source;
• scanning for or exploiting vulnerabilities in third-party systems without explicit written authorisation;
• intercepting third-party network traffic (man-in-the-middle attacks);
• disrupting public services, infrastructure, or government systems.

2.4. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• using short links or tunnels for mass distribution of unsolicited messages;
• automated account registration for the purpose of abuse;
• hosting resources that redirect users to spam sites.

Section 3. Content Violating Morality and Public Order

3.1. Adult Content

3.2. Promotion of Violence and Cruelty

• materials promoting violence or cruelty towards people or animals;
• content romanticising or encouraging self-harm (suicide, self-injury);
• resources publishing personal data of individuals for the purposes of harassment, threats, or bullying (doxxing, cyberbullying).

3.3. Discrimination and Hate Speech

Users are prohibited from distributing materials that incite hatred or degradation on the basis of race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or social or economic status.

Section 4. Technical Use Restrictions

• overloading service infrastructure in ways that degrade service for other Users;
• attempting to circumvent technical limitations, security controls, or safety measures of the service;
• using automated scripts to create multiple accounts for the purpose of abuse;
• reselling, sub-leasing, or otherwise commercially transferring access to third parties without the written consent of the Administrator;
• using the tunnel to conceal identity while committing unlawful acts.

Section 5. User Responsibility

The User bears sole and full responsibility for all content published through the tunnel, all short links, and all information in the public profile. The Administrator acts as a technical intermediary and accepts no liability for the content of Users' resources.

If an account has been compromised, the User must notify the Administrator immediately at abuse@dix.su.

By registering with the service, the User warrants: that they are 18 years of age or older, that their identification information is accurate, that they hold all necessary rights to any published content, and that they accept these Rules in full.

Section 6. Complaints and Response Procedure

Complaints should be sent to abuse@dix.su. A complaint must contain the URL of the resource or link, a description of the violation, and evidence where available.

Following review of a complaint, the Administrator may apply: a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, or referral to law enforcement. Filing a knowingly false complaint will result in suspension of the complainant's account.

Section 7. Applicable Law

The service is operated by a sole proprietor registered in the Russian Federation. This Policy is governed by Russian law where applicable, including:

• Federal Law No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection"
• Federal Law No. 436-FZ "On Protecting Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and Development"
• Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Art. 242, 242.1, 242.2 (CSAM); Art. 280, 205.2 (extremism and terrorism); Art. 159 (fraud); Art. 273 (malicious software)
• Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"
• Federal Law No. 187-FZ "On Copyright in Internet" (anti-piracy law)

Users located outside the Russian Federation are subject to this Policy and must also comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Section 8. Changes to This Policy

The Administrator may amend this Policy unilaterally. The current version is always available at dix.su/en/aup. Continued use of the service following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
